Instead we look at each project and then determine a number of things first. 1. Size of project. (Naturally we do give good discounts on larger projects) 2. Plain square, Diamand, or Patterned Tiling. 3. Levelness of surface to be tiled. 4. Corners, or curved edges that require time consuming cutting.
