Tile Masters employs the services of tiling teams that have many years of experience. Our teams understand that a quality finish makes the difference between a final product that our clients can be proud of.
At TILE MASTERS we believe that TILERS should be graded in the same way that tiles are graded.
However, Tilers unlike tiles can improve in their quality & therfore can improve their grading.
So when TILE MASTERS puts tiling teams together according to the quality of work and experience these tilers have.
Therefore TILE MASTERS has established four grades of tilers in our organisation.
"A - Grade": Tilers with more than 10 years experience that can achieve complete perfection.
This is a rare breed - so we pay these guys well.
"B - Grade": Tilers with more than 5 years experience that can achieve what most people would consider perfection. This is also a rare breed, so they too come at a higher price.
"C - Grade": Tilers with less than 5 years experience that are good enough to satisfy most clients needs.
Truthfully most clients would not know the difference between Grade C & Grade B tilers unless they got down and went over the tiles with a fine comb. However, to the trained eye, tiny problems could be picked up.
These "C Grade "Tilers are really good value for money.
"D - Grade": These are tilers that are still learning their trade. We do not discriminate against these tilers as we know that all the " A, B, & C Grade" tilers also started out there.
We use these tilers to do basic contracts or clients working on very tight budgets. However, most of the time these tilers are working with A, B, & C grade tilers as their assistants, learning from their more experienced colleagues.
